*Other carpool locations usually run from
about 6 am to 9 am. Once Pleasant Hill gets up and running, the time
limitation will self-disolve. Temporary time constraints set purposely
to increase aggregation and likliehood of carpoolers and 'carpoolees'
to be at the same place at the same time.
