Email #4 - Fliers at Pleasant Hill BART
Handed out another 25 fliers at Pleasant Hill BART.
Received about 3 more emails from interested commuters. Lots of positive words of encouragement, but very little show of commitment.
The staff at sfride.com will continue our efforts with communication. Please help spread the word.
Hours of operation to go into full effect (i.e. 6-9 am) starting Wednesday September 1st, 2004.

I tried on Thursday to catch a ride at 6:55 am- 7:05 am, no-one showed.
Great that you waited 10 minutes. Good for you.
Not great that no one showed.
During the rest of August the staff at sfride.com recommends waiting with a friend and a sign that can be printed off at:

Might as well print off some fliers to pass out too. Don't be afraid to hold a "SF Casual Carpool" sign up to cars as they are lined up to get on the freeway.
I can't for September 1. I will be there at 6:00 am as a rider. Thank you.
